Founded by Yogi Praveen Ji, a highly experienced and spiritually rooted teacher, our academy offers internationally certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC) that blend traditional practices with a modern approach. Every program is crafted to support not only physical wellness but also emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.
